One call to clear it out

Every business eventually ends up with a closet, back room or warehouse corner full of old technology. Laptops from the last refresh, monitors, printers, phones, switches, a retired server or two. It takes space, it is a data risk, and nobody wants to deal with it. eWaste.Pro schedules a pickup, handles the loading and inventory, protects the data and recycles or resells the equipment with a full paper trail.

IT asset disposition (ITAD)

ITAD is the formal process of retiring IT equipment: recording each asset, sanitizing data, deciding what can be reused, and documenting the final disposition. We provide that end to end. Equipment with resale value is refurbished and resold, and you choose an upfront buy or 70% of total sales. Everything else is recycled through our R2v3 certified process. We also hold ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Server rooms and data centers

Decommissioning a server room or a data center row takes planning. We coordinate with your IT and facilities teams, de-rack servers and storage, remove switches, UPS units and batteries, and track every drive to NIST 800-88 erasure or in-house shredding with our HSM HDS 150. We can work in phases, after hours, or alongside a migration schedule.

Multi-site and branch networks

Banks, credit unions, clinics, retailers and franchise groups often have equipment spread across many Kansas locations. We can plan a route that collects from each branch and still produce one consolidated report. For ongoing collection, a free bin at each site keeps things simple.

How to prepare

Send us a rough list or a few photos of what you have and where it sits. We will estimate the truck, crew and time on site. Drives can stay in the machines; we track them by serial number either way. If your building has dock times, freight elevator rules or insurance requirements, share them up front and we will meet them.

After pickup you receive an itemized asset report, a certificate of recycling and a certificate of data destruction. If equipment is resold, you also receive a reuse summary showing how value was returned. Those documents are ready for audits, insurance and board reporting.

Why certification matters

When a recycler is not certified, you have little visibility into where your equipment ends up. Electronics exported or dumped improperly can come back to the original owner as a data breach or an environmental liability. R2v3 certification requires documented downstream vendors, data security controls and environmental, health and safety management. ISO 9001 covers quality, ISO 14001 covers environmental management and ISO 45001 covers worker health and safety. Together they mean your equipment is handled in a way you can defend to auditors, customers and regulators.

If you are evaluating vendors, ask us for our certificates and a sample report. We are happy to send them before you commit to anything. We also welcome site visits and vendor audits from clients who want to see the process for themselves.
